Daily Flights arrive at Lake Taupo Airport from:

Driving Times FROM Airports to Turangi:

  • Auckland: drive 4 1/2 hours south on S/H 1
  • Wellington: drive 4 1/2 hours north on S/H 1
  • Palmerston North: drive 2 hours north on S/H 3 and S/H 1
  • Rotorua: drive 1 1/2 hours south on S/H 1
  • Lake Taupo: drive 40 min south on S/H 1
